No, delivery is not included. A delivery fee applies based on the city of your event. Since we’re located in Perris, CA, cities farther out may have a higher delivery cost.
Set-up times vary based on our weekly schedule. Typically, we arrive 1–3 hours before your rental begins. On especially busy days, we may deliver as early as 24 hours in advance. Don’t worry—we’ll call a few days before your event to confirm your exact delivery time.
Yes, a 25% deposit is required to secure your reservation. This deposit is applied directly to your total rental cost.
We accept cash, debit, and credit cards. For cash payments, please provide exact change, as our drivers do not carry cash.
Our Jumpers are always delivered spotless. Every Jumper is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after each use, ensuring a safe and hygienic experience for your event.
We set up on grass (the safest and most fun for kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. For safety reasons, we can’t set up on rocks, since they can damage the vinyl.
